Hey, you’d be surprised! My old office I had a desk, but there was a gap between a nearby filing cabinet and the end of the desk. I put a couple of old computers on their sides and put a cardboard office mover’s box on top of the PCs to get the “desk” level with the rest of everything else. Worked pretty well, although I only had an LCD on it. I can’t imagine a CRT!
Also, I think I have those headphones. XD

Wow…. that takes skill to do. That’s a newer CRT, so it probably only weighs 20-30 pounds. I had a 17 inch crt that had to of weighed 50 pounds. Let’s see that on a cardboard desk.
Otherwise, props to whoever built this, he/she must have some mad origami skills.

That CRT is actually 10 years old. It’s been retired, along with that laptop.
The desk was temporary because I had hired movers to move my things out of state to a new place. But I was left behind for a few weeks and needed somewhere to work. Luckily the movers brought way too many boxes.
